Solo Villa Property User manual
Dear Guest, Welcome to the villa you have rented.
It is always one of our priority that you have an enjoyable and trouble-free holiday. Please read this document which is prepared for you before our representative leaves your side, and ensure a fast and effective flow of information by forwarding your questions.
Please follow the rules stated below so that we can continuously and better improve the services we provide in the villa you have rented and offer a sustainable holiday opportunity.
With our belief in a sustainable and green future, we try to keep paper consumption at a minimum by sending you all documents via e-mail and online channels.
Accomodation
We receive services from subcontractors to ensure your accommodation in a clean and hygienic environment. If you encounter a negative situation, please quickly check and inform us while our representative is there.
The villas you stay in are special for you. Rental flats or apartments you have rented are special for you, but since they have common areas, you must be respectful and self-sacrificing towards your environment.
Please respect your surroundings and neighbors and spend a peaceful holiday in harmony.
Please re-examine the VISITOR'S RESPONSIBILITIES section of your rental agreement, although we are always there for you against any negativities that may occur during your stay.
At the arrival over numbered guests who come for accommodation requires the termination of the Agreement.
It is our company's legal responsibility to ask our guests to vacate the house if not specified. The relevant situation is specified in your contract.
Usage
You can get all kinds of information about the use of electronic equipment from our representative, if you need it.
You can access the internet with the password provided by our representative. Internet services are unlimited.
Please use the available car parks and, if there are, mini safes in the houses.
Please do not throw foreign objects such as baby diapers, sanitary napkins, wet wipes, towels, paper napkins etc. into the toilets and toilet drains.Responsibility belongs to you.
We are always with you for the quick solution of the problems that may arise during your stay in our villas.
While the guests meet the problems arising from use, the solution address of all other possible structural problems is Solo Villa.
Since the house you have rented is your home during your vacation, we ask you to use it with the same care as you use your home while using it.
Pool & Garden
If you are staying in a Villa, there is no limit to use the pool. If you are staying in a Rental Apartment or Apartment, please read the pool usage rules by the pool.
For our guests staying in the villa; There is a pool and garden attendant who takes care of your pool and garden. They come very early in the morning. You can learn about the arrival and departure times of the gardener from our representative. Our Staff are responsible for taking care of the pool and garden.
Always consider your children and do not leave them alone by the pool without an adult. As written in your contract, we would like to remind you that you are responsible for your health and safety during your stay.
Please take a shower before using the pool. Your health is very precious to us. Since we think and care about your health, we receive garden and pool maintenance services from the leading subcontractors of the region.
Security
There may be a security camera in the house where you stay, there may be iron railings or an alarm. Please get information from our representative regarding security elements and security rules.The most important issue to remember is that we would like to remind you that you are responsible for your safety during your stay.
Identity Declaration
Pursuant to the second paragraph of the additional article 1 of the Law No. 1774, all our guests staying in accommodation must present an ID. Our guests who do not present their identity cards have to leave the property they are staying in, although they waive their right to stay.
There are no exceptions regarding identity.
Identity Declaration is Legal Obligation.
Activities and Places to Visit
You can get information and ticketing assistance from our representative or our Local Guide Staff, who provide special services for you, regarding the activities, activities and places to visit in Fethiye. You can watch our promotional video prepared for you by clicking the link.
Apart from renting, you can also access the services provided by Solo Villa, which provides agency services as Solo Plus Travel Agency, at www.soloplustravel.com. Solo Plus Travel Agency, a registered Travel agency with document number 13254, is a Solo Group company and its priority is Solo Villa guests.

Damage Deposit payment
Damage deposit is taken from all holidaymakers who Check-in. This is not an exceptional situation. It is refunded immediately after the check on the day of departure.
Emergencies
You can reach the phone number that can be reached in case of emergency from our representative who made your check-in.
Please ask if the property you have rented is in the Police or Gendarmerie zone, this is for your safety and for you to be able to reach the necessary authorities in case of need.
During your stay in Fethiye, if you need a hospital, there are 2 private (Letoon Hospital and Tradesman Hospital), 1 state hospital and a city hospital in the Seydikemer region, which is under construction. All you have to do is google it to find it.
